From A to B

Time for A => B =2 mins

= 2 × 60 sec

= 120 sec

Average speed=

 \frac{total \: distnce}{total \: interval}

  =  \frac{200}{120}  \\  = 1.6m/ s

Avergage speed=total distance travelled/total taken time

total distance travelled=200+100=300m

take take =3×60=180

average speed=300/180=1.6m/s
