Giving money to a beggar encourages them to beg more. Instead of money, get them food, blankets, or understand what their needs are. You should tell them not to beg but help them get to an NGO that can help them. NGOs work to remove poverty.

No, we should not give beggars alms because if we give alms they will become more independent because they will depend on other people to sustain their needs in life especially food.Their’s lots of way in getting our needs in life,by the use of our hands and feet we can get money not by begging to others for help.
I do believe in the saying “Nasa Dios Ang Awa,Nasa Tao Ang Gawa”we all know that our almighty father has always here in our side to help us in all our circumstances in life but we as a human we should work and do in order us to achieve and get our needs and goals in life.
