0 to 6 pH substances are Acids from them acids of 0,1,2,3 pH are known as Strong acids and acids of pH 4,5,6 are known as weak acids.

Now come on bases, 8 to 14 pH substance are Bases from them bases of 8,9,10 pH are known as Weak Bases and bases of pH 11,12,13,14 are known as Strong Bases.

Examples of weak acid: Milk of pH 6.5 and cold drinks of pH 6

Examples of weak bases: Toothpastes of pH 8 and baking soda of pH 8.5

Examples of strong acid : Gastric juice containing conc. HCL is of 1.4 pH and lemon of pH 2.5

Examples of strong bases: Conc NaOH is of pH 14 and Dil NaOH is of pH 13.
