PH has a great importance in our daily life ? Explain by giving three examples .

pH plays a very important role in our everyday life. 1. In our digestive system :Hydrochloric acid produced in our stomach helps the digestion of food without causing any harm to the stomach.
Three examples are,
a. The pH of soil plays an important role in the growth of plants. Plants grow well in specific pH range.

b. In our stomach pH should be maintained. Decreased pH value increases acidic nature and we suffer from a condition called acidity.

c. Water bodies should have constant pH range, as any changes in this range will affect aquatic life.

PH has a great importance in our daily life-

1- acid in our stomach has low pH and antacids are alkaline and have high pH that neutralizes the acid.

2- pH of milk changes when it becomes curd in which amount of lactic acid is more so curd is more acidic.

3- toothpaste is alkaline and has high pH they neutralize the excess acid in the mouth produced by bacteria.
