PH3 forms bubbles when passed slowly in water but NH3 dissolves. Explain why?

PH3 forms bubble when dissolves in water due to the fact that NH3  readily forms H bond with water while in PH3 no bonding is form between PH3 and H2O. So due to extensive H bonding between NH3 and H2O, it readily dissolves in water while PH3 only bubbles
