Let's balance it via algebric method.
aP4 + bO2 ======> cP2O5
For phosphorus =>
LHS = RHS
4a = 2c
2a = c
Let's assume that a = 1
Then, c = 2
For O =>
LHS = RHS
2b = 5c
2b = 5(2)
b = 5
So, balanced equation will be =>
P4 + 5O2 =====> 2P2O5
