 you can call it "weak acid". 
value of Ka indicates the strength of the acids. 
you can get a brief idea: 
Ka for HCl : 10^7 
Ka for H2SO4 : 10^2 
Ka for CH3COOH: 1.8 * 10^-5 
Ka for H3PO4 : 7.5 * 10^-3 
H3PO4 is placed very close to CH3COOH which itself is a weak acid.
