Photosynthesis is a chemical reaction where carbon dioxide and water react to form glucose (C6H12O6) and oxygen gas. Which represents the proper balanced equations for photosynthesis?
A) C6H12O6 + O2 → CO2 + H20
B) CO2 + H20 → C6H12O6 + O2
C) C6H12O6 + 6O2 → 6CO2 + 6H20
D) 6CO2 + 6H20 → C6H12O6 + 6O2

Hi user
Here's the answer
____________________________________________________________
Photosynthesis is the process of giving of glucose and oxygen by synthesizing carbon dioxide and water with the help of light energy.
The equation can be given as,
Carbon dioxide + Water + Light ( from sun ) ----> Glucose + Oxygen
The chemical equation can be given as,
CO₂ + H₂0 + Light ------> C₆H₁₂O₆ + O₂
But the above equation should be balanced. The balanced equation is,
6CO₂ + 6H₂O + Light ----> C₆H₁₂O₆ + 6O₂
Hence option ( d ) is correct.
