First find resistance of the bridge.
1/(1.5+1.5)+1/(1.5+1.5)=2/3=1/Equivalent resistance of bridge.
Req=3/2=1.5ohms.
Total resistance=2+1.5=3.5ohms.
The potential difference remains constant in a circuit.
Hence the potential difference is 9V.
