yes electric current always flow prom positive to negative an d in electrons there is movement of only the three circles of electrons as the protons and neutrons are very very heavy in an atom than the electrons....

Answer:

Yes, its true

Explanation:

We take the direction of electric current opposite to the flow of negative charge i.e, electrons. It means that electric current has same direction as protons which are positive in nature.

But there is no contribution of protons in current. As protons cant move freely but electrons can. Electrons are at the orbit of atom while protons are in nucleus.

Electrons move from lower potential to higher potential where as electric current moves from higher potential to lower potential. And since protons have also tendency to move higher potential to lower potential thats why we say that current has same direction ad protons but opposite to the electrons.
