R'= 9+9 = 18
=> now 18 with middle 9 in parallel
=> R1 = 18*9/27 = 6
Now 6 is parallel with inner two 9's.
inner two 9's in series = 9+9 = 18
=> R2 = 6*18/24 = 9/2
=> 9/2 is seies with side two 9's
=> R3 = 9/2 + 9 + 9 = 18+9/2 = 45/2
45/2 is parallel with lower two series 9's
=> 9's = 9+9 = 18
=> R4 = (18*45/2)/(18+45/2)
R4 = 810/81 = 10
