This message appears when one or more attributes pertaining to personal information entered during login does not match with their values provided at the time of registration. A suggested action to rectify this message is making the user re-enter details like first and last names, dob, age, gender, phone and email. The application should have blank fields for the user to re-enter his/her personal information attributes.
