Similarly, without a healthy mind, one can’t remain happy as Mr. K is stated to be. Mr. X, Mr. Y, and Mr. Z are suffering from one or other kind of problems and hence are not enjoying a healthy life.

A healthy state comes with a proper blend of physical & mental fitness.
