This picture depicts an accident which occurred on the road.

A school bus was on its way to school. A little girl was walking with books n her hand. She got in the middle of the road. The driver quickly pressed the brake. But, it took some seconds to stop. In that time, the girl got pushed by the bus and fell down. All the passers by rushed to the girl to help her and get medical treatment if necessary. The driver also rushed to the girl.
