Answer:

(a) Penguin

A penguin hunches its head into its shoulders to maintain its streamlined shape and reduce drag while swimming. Its keeps its feet pressed close to the body against the tail to aid in steering. Penguin wings are paddle-like flippers used for swimming.

(b) Snail

All snails living on land have made many adaptations to survive. Their main adaptation is their evolution from aquatic organisms to terrestrial, or land, organisms. They have done this by losing their gills and forming air breathing lungs. ... Snails secrete a type of mucus or slime from their mucous gland.

(c) Polar bear

Their adaptations include: a white appearance - as camouflage from prey on the snow and ice. thick layers of fat and fur - for insulation against the cold. a small surface area to volume ratio - to minimise heat loss.

(d)Elephant

Their big ears and wrinkly skin help them stay cool. They also have tusks made of ivory that can help them eat and protect themselves. Elephants also have long trunks that are used to grab food, suck up water, or throw dirt on their backs.

Hope it Helps
