The reason for this is the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the bottle.

Explanation:

  • When we blow air into the mouth of the bottle, it moves very fast and hence there is a low-pressure zone at the mouth of the bottle.

  • While air inside the bottle is static and hence there is a high-pressure zone.

  • When the fast-moving air forces the light weighed crumpled paper the high pressure inside the bottle pushes it out.

  • Hence, we observe that the paper comes out of the mouth of the bottle
