- The seed sink because it has cotyledons (food reserves)while the seed which sink has shrunken cotyledon.
-The seed which have meristematic cells and cotyledon for nourishment will germinate.
- The seeds which do not have meristematic cells and cotyledon will not germinate.
- The seeds which germinate will be used for sowing.

As we know the objects with less density than water will float
In some seeds nutrients won't be there they are dead seeds they won't have nutrients in them they will not be suitable for seeding if sow also they won't germinate
We can sow sunk seeds because they have nutrients in that and they will germinate very well
