I plan every year to visit a country, In 2016, when I planned to go to the United Kingdom, I was not that fond of the place. My mom was sure that it was too cold and wintery there and packed fur jackets and thick boots. Here begins our journey. We took the tube instead of the black taxi and checked into our pre-booked hotel in East London. Seriously, it was my first time taking the Piccadilly Line. We explored the city... Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, The Parliament, Big Ben... all by the tube. We stayed two days in London and took a train to Lake District. The train journey was E P I C. With beautiful scenes of nature, it was another Switzerland in Europe.
Then, we went Kayaking in that Lake by renting Kayaks nearby...and then took our train back to London. We met some Indians there and went shopping with them, and bought some souvenirs for my friends and family. We went to an Indian Restaurant and then Explored nearby corner shops by foot. We were on the flight back to India.
I didn’t think that UK would be that amazing.
