suppose car starting from A has speed x and car starting from B has speed y
if they travel in same direction they meet after 5 hours.
Let's say they travel in direction A to B
Then total distance covered by CAR 1 from A is 5x and CAR 2 from B is 5y but
then
5x=(5y+100)
x=y+20
or 
x-y=20
but if they travel toward each other they meet after 1 hour.

x*1+y*1=100km
x+y=100
x+y+x-y=100+20
2x=120
x=60
then 
y=40

So the speed are 60km/h and 40km/h
