plan a menu for a get together with your family and friends . If the menu was to have only ethnic dishes, what dishes would you include?
I am a punjabi so punjabi dishes only pls
Identify the type of nutrients in each dish and find out wether it is a balanced meal , if not suggest what could be added in the menu to supplement it.

You have not mentioned whether the meal is a vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
So, I would like to go for a vegan menu.
- Pepper / Veg soup
- Paneer Tikka (starter): Rich in Fat and Carbs
- Roti
- Dal Makhani: Rich in Fiber and Iron
- Chole Bhature: Rich in Proteins and Carbs
- Plain rice
I guess it is a balanced meal as it contains all the basic nutrients.
