I have used S for square symbol for better readability. While copying the solution from this, replace S with square.

Let the breadth of the rectangle be b. Then length of it is 3b.

Then the area of the rectangle is b*3b = 3bS. This is nothing but 1728

3bS=1728

bS=576

b=24

l=3b=72

Perimeter of the rectangle is 2(l+b) = 2(24+72) = 2(96) = 192Mts
