As we know that in abcd if a + b + c + d is divisble by 3 then whole abcd ÷ 3.
In 1301,
1 + 3 + 0 + 1 is not divisible by 3
y = 0 ❎
In 1311
1 + 3 + 1 + 1 is divisible by 3
y = 1 ✔
So smallest value of y can be 1
