Answer:

150 + x = 180 \: (linear \: pairs) \\ x = 180 - 150 \\ x = 30 \\ \\

now \: in \: triangle \\ using \: angle \: sum \: property \\ x + y + 80 = 180 \\ 30 + y = 100 \\ y = 70

The sum of angles that are formed on a straight line is equal to 180°.

So , ∠x+150°=180°,

∠x=180°-150°,

∠x=30°.

As you know sum of all angles in a triangle is also 180°.

So , ∠x+∠y+80°=180°,

∠y+30°+80°=180°,

∠y+110°=180°,

∠y=180°-110°,

∠y=70°.

Extra: ∠z is also 70° because ∠y=∠z (adjacent sides).
