The cat was happy because there were a lot of rats. In that group , there was a small and wise rat. He made a plan. That was , he tied a bell in the neck of cat , when cat moved the bell would ring. And this was the warning to them. but there was a confusion that who would tie the bell in cat's neck.

moral:we should make a wise plan and execute.
