1. Mitral Valve/Bicuspid Valve/Left A.V. valve is the valve that allows the movement of blood from the left atrium to the left ventricle.

2. The Heart is made up of Cardiac muscle tissue.

3. The arteries that bring blood to the surface of the heart are the Right Pulmonary artery and Coronary arteries.

4. Pisces( a class of vertebrates) Example - Labeo and Scoliodon has 2 chambered heart (i)  auricle and (ii) ventricle.

5. The walls in between the chambers of the heart are separated by Interartrial or interauricular septum(Between the auricles) and Interventricular septum(Between the ventricles)
