C option is correct ..
According to ques option A and option B is wrong we can get it by seeing that here is shown t<0 which is impossible.... and according to question after a while force of right portion is withdrawn hence F2 < F1 the net force now applied on the left side F1 which is already given as F so here F = F1 and t>0
