In triangle gCB and DCE

BC = CE

Angle 1 = angle 2

180 -angle 1 = 180 - angle 2

=>Angle gbc = angle DeC

Angle gcb = angle DCE.

(Vertically opposite angles)

Therefore by asa congruence rule

The triangles are congruent
