Nucleus can be considered as the brain of the cell. It is the densest part of the cell. It contains  the genetic materials, DNA ( Deoxyribo nucleic acid ), RNA ( Ribo nucleic acid). It contains the chromosomes and chromatin fibres too so, the nucleus is responsible for the division of cells. It is generally found in the eukaryotic cells and is enclosed by the nuclear membrane.
