☺️ hey mate! here's your answer!☺️

since, p(x) = 2x + 1

=> 0 = 2x + 1

=> 2x = 0 - 1

=> 2x = -1

=> x = -1/2

thus,

zero of the polynomial is :-

 \frac{ - 1}{2}

ayush579: you see
WritersParadise01: -b/a is for explaining
ayush579: your answer is wrong
WritersParadise01: but answer will be -1/2
WritersParadise01: wait a min and plz listen me
ayush579: sorry yrr
ayush579: sorry bye
ayush579: don't discuss
WritersParadise01: as u wish
ayush579: ok

We have,

Let p(x) = 2x + 1

Since for zeroes,

p(x) = 0

=> 2x +1 = 0

=> 2x = -1

=> x = -1/2

Hence, required zeroes of the given polynomial is -1/2
