Answer:

Water keeps evaporating from land and sea.

When it rains, the sky returns the same evaporated water on the earth.

The evaporated water keeps hanging in the air in the form of water vapour.

As the vapour cools, it turns into tiny droplets.

We see it in the form of thin lining of clouds.

At last the droplets become so heavy that they can't keep hanging and falls.

If it is cold enough to freeze them ,they fall on the ground as hail or snow.

Hope it helps
