Explanation :-

R equvalent for circuit = 11 ohm

now , p = I²R

=> 36 = I²R

=> I² = 36/9 = 4 Amp

=> I = +2 Amp

so , V = I R

V = 2 × total resistance

V = 2 × 11

v = 22 V
