a2 + 1= 4a

a2 - 4a + 1=0

(-b +-√b2-4ac)/2a

(4+√16-4)/2

(4+2√3)/2

2+√3= a

Similarly

2-√3= a

2(a3+1/a3)

2(a+1/a)(a2 +1/a2 -1)
