Sub: Class visit to museum

Respected Sir,

On behalf on my class IX-A, I the monitor of the class would like to request you to please arrange an educational trip to the local museum.

Our half yearly exams are over and all of us have performed very well and therefore, we would now like to celebrate it and go out for a trip to the museum.

All the students are very excited to see those interesting and ancient sculptures, artifacts and paintings. These things are going to help us in knowing the places and things of historical importance.

As the students and their parents have agreed for the visit. We would like to visit the museum the next Monday on 11th of September. And I would also request you to arrange a comfortable transport for us and it will be much better if the teachers too accompany us for guidance.

I hope you'll agree to our request and we'll be really grateful to you for this opportunity.
