Lord shiva has all these names such as Ashutosh, Rudra, Mahadeva etc.
While Rudra is mentioned in Rig Veda, Ashutosh means "the one who easily pleased" and Mahadev is "greatest God". All these are only few names of 100s and thousands names of God Shiva, who is even have many local names throughout India as well as in the World.
