max value of age geoup is 58. and max value of person is 525
take age group on x axis and illeterate person on y axis.
on y axis you can 1 block or divisin represents 5 person so you need less space for plotting bar on y axis.
so x axis will be like
x =》 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60
y = 》 0 25 50 75 .... . . . . . . . . . . . . 525
now join the bars. i am attaching an attachment
thickness of each bar is same. in my plot it shos diffierent because i dont have correct graph paper to plot

I doesn't have that much blocks
in that case you use scaling techniqe. that is assume one divison equal to 25 unit. so each box represent 25 unit. if you want you can also take 50 unit per box
