In ∆ABC,
AB = AC. [GIVEN]
Therefore,
<ACB = <ABC ------------(i) [OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE EQUAL ANGLES ARE EQUAL]
Again,
In ∆ BCD,
BD = BC. [GIVEN]
Therefore,
<BCD = <DBC ------------ (ii). [OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE EQUAL ANGLES ARE EQUAL]
Adding equation (i) and (ii)
We get,
<ACB + <BCD = <ABC + <DBC
