Answer:

let the side of the square be x

therefore the height and base of triangle is also x

now ,

area of square = side × side

=x × x

= x^2

now ,

area of triangle = 1/2 × base × height

= 1/2× x × x

x^2 /2

..

therefore the area of square and triangle is not equal

NO, BOTH FIGURE DOESN'T HAVE SAME AREA

BECAUSE 1 FIGURE HAVE HALF AREA AS COMPARE TO SECOND ONE.

WE CAN CONCLUDE THAT ,

2 \times area \: of \: first \: figure \:  = area \: of \: second \: figure
