Step-by-step explanation:

g(x)=2x+3(given)

we first find the value of x for subtituting in F(x)

2x+3=0 (we already know that)

2x= -3

x= -3/2

now putting value of x in F(x) we get

f(-3/2)=4*(-3/2)^3+20*(-3/2)^2+33*(-3/2)+18

f(-3/2)=4*(-27/8)+20*(9/4)+(-99/2)+18

f(-3/2)=(-27/2)+45+(-99/2)+18

f(-3/2)= -27/2+45-(99/2)+18

now we calculate for the value of f(-3/2)

= -27/2+45-99/2+18

=(-27+90)/2-(99/2)+18

=(63/2)-(99/2)+18

=(-36/2)+18

=(-36+36)/2

=0/2

=0

which means that f(-3/2)=0 and we know that when f(a)=0 for (x-a) then (x-a) is a factor of f(x). Therefore g(x) is the factor of f(x).
