please answer me that even the highly educated and rich caste people believe in caste system give reasons please

Bczz they think that he is belong to High caste and they dont want compare with the low caste people . and high caste people are mostly belong to rich family Bczz they get education .. nd low caste people are mainly uneducated .. so they think that he is great..
