Answer:

the side of a triangular plot are in the ratio 3:5:7. So, let the side of a tringular is 3x, 5x, 7x.

Also it is given thet the perimeter of the triangle is 300m, therefore

3x + 5x + 7x = 300

15x = 300

x = 20

therefore, the side of a triangle is 60, 100 and 140.

Now using herons formula

s = 60 + 100 + 140 / 2 = 300 / 2 = 150

Area of triangle is:

 \sqrt{} s{s - a}{s - b}{s - c}

 \sqrt{150 \times 90 \times 50 \times 10}

 \sqrt{6750000}

1500 \sqrt{3m {}^{2} }

Hence, the area of a triangular plot is

1500 \sqrt{3m {}^{2} }

I hope it helps you...
