a² + b² = 0
this is possible if both 'a' = 0 and b = 0
So, for above equations equal to zero
7 x – y – 6 = 0 (1) and
14x + 2y – 16 = 0 (2)
Now multiplying equation (1) by 2 and adding both equation we get,
14x – 2y = 12
14x + 2y = 16
28x = 28
→ x = 1
putting the value of x in (1) we get y = 1
so for the value of x = 1 and y = 1 the given equation equal to zero.
