open the compass of one of the measurements give in the question and mark point and draw it then open second measurement in your compass and point the needle to the one end of the line already drawn and draw an ark and then take another measurement and take another end of the base line drawn and make the ark and then the place where two ark intersect each other draw the line from that point to the one of the base end and same on the other side

Construction of the traingle XYZ -:

Step 1) Firstly take a line segment as ZX that measure 6 cm.

Step 2) Now from point X take a line segment XY and extend it that measure 4.5 cm

Step 3) Now from point Z take a line segment YZ and extend it that measure 5 cm.

Step 4) Now take the point where the both exténsion meét each other named it as Y.

Step 5) Henceforth, ∆XYZ is a required triangle.
