when milk is left at room temperature.... during summers the bacteria in air and around milk reacts with milk and turn it into lactic acid due to which it becomes acidic....
2// when grapes get fermented it turns into alcohol as ascorbic and melic acid present in it gets fermented by anaerobic bacteria.... to turn into ethanol
3///quick lime is a chemical compound which consists of calcium oxide.... lime water is the compound which is product of the chemical reaction between water and calcium oxide.......
and you can call slaked lime as lime water also....
