Answer:

◆The area of a square field = side×side = 5184 m^2

According to questions

Let the length be 2x

and the breath be x

◆Perimeter of rectangle = Perimeter of square; 2 (l+b)= 4a

Area of square field = a×a = 5184 m

a^2 = 5184 m

a = 72 m

Therefore,

Perimeter of square = 4×72 = 288 m

288 = 2(2x+x)

288/2 = 2x+x

144 = 3x

x = 144/3

x = 48

Thus,

Length be 2×48 = 96 m

Breath be = 48 m

Area of rectangle field = L×B = 96 × 48 m = 4608 m^2

I hope it is useful for you

Thanks

Answer:

let breadth be x

then,length=2x

perimeter of rectangle=2(length+breadth)

=2(2x+x)

=2(3x)=6x

now,perimeter of square=4*side

let y be side of square

6x=4y

area of square=side*side

5184=square of y

y=√5184

y=72

now,6x=4y

4*72=6x

48=x=breadth

length=2x=96

areaof rectangle=length*breadth

=48*96=4608
