Step-by-step explanation:

area of shaded region

area of square = a^2

a = 10

10 x 10

100 ---------1

area of circle = πr^2

22/7 x 1 x 1

22/7--------2

as there are 4 quadrant if we join them they make a circle

area of circle = πr^2

22/7 x 3 x 3

198/7--------------3

area of shaded region = 1 - 2 + 3

100 - 22/7 + 198/7

Answer:

saded part=square-4x sector+circle

Asquare=l×l

=10×10

=100

sector =0÷360×22÷7×3×3

90÷360×22÷7×9

1÷4×22÷7×9

22÷7×9÷4

area of 4 sector=4×22÷7×9÷4

=22÷7×9

Acircle=22÷7×2×2

=22÷7×4

so

unsaded area=22÷7×9+22÷7×4

=22÷7 (9+4)

22÷7×13

saded area=100-22÷7×13

=83.857
