Step-by-step explanation:

Let ABCD is Rectangle with length 14m and breadth 7m....

AB=14m

BC=7m

CD=14m

AD=7m

The Rose Garden Boundary Touches The Mid Point Of ABCD Respectively....

Let E,F,G,H Are The Mid Points Of AB,BC,CD,DA Respectively.....

In The Rectangle All Angles Are 90 Degrees....

So AEH,EBF,GCF,DGH Are Right Angle Triangles.....And Their Base And Height are Same..

Height =3.5m(since,half of breadth of rectangle)

Base =7m (since,half of the length of rectangle)

We Know That,

Here,Hypotenuse is the Boundary Of Rose Garden...So,

(Hypotenuse)square=(Base)square+(Height)square

(H)Square=(7)Square+(3.5)Square

(H)Square=49+12.25

(H)Square= 61.25

H= Square root of 61.25

H=7.82

Therefore Side or Boundary Of Rose Garden Is 7.82 m
