1 - step 1 - select the data (table)

step 2 - click on column chart in charts group in insert tab

step3 - adjust the chart using options available in design tab

step 4- press enter , your chart will be created.

Answer:

i) select the data.

  under insert tab

  under charts group

  press charts option

 from the drop down box press column chart option.

 chart is inserted

ii) to add data labels,

 click the chart

 under design tab

 under chart layout tab

press chart elements option

from the drop down list select data labels option.

iii) same as above

iv)legend is the key to the chart that acts as an identifier in the chart.
