Given ,

diameter = 0.5 m

We know that diameter = 2 × radius

                      ==>        0.5 m = 2 × r

                      ==>         r = 0.5 m / 2

                      ==>         r = 0.25 m

We also know that angular momentum is the product of moment of inertia and 2 π v where v is 1200 rev / min

v = 1200 rev / min

==> 1200 rev / 60 s

==> 20 rev / s

Moment of inertia = m × r²

                     ==> 10 kg × (0.25)² m²

                     ==> 10 kg × 0.0625 m²

                     ==> 0.625 kg m²

Now angular momentum = moment of inertia × 2 π v

                                          = 0.625 kg m² × 2 π × 20 rev/s

                                           ==> 25 π kg m²/s

Now the rotational kinetic energy is :-

K = 1 / 2 × moment of inertia × revolution²

==> 1 / 2 × 0.625 kg m² × (20 rev×2 π )^2

==> 200 π² × 0.625 J

==> 125 π² J

The angular momentum is 25 π kg m² / s

The kinetic energy is 125 π² J

The answer I have kept in pi you can convert its your choice.

Hope it helps you
