Questíon :-

➝ An electric iron of resistance 20ᘯ takes a current of 5A. Calculate the heat developed in 30s.

Gíven :-

➝ Current, I = 5A

➝ Resistance, R = 20ᘯ

➝ Time, t = 30s

To fínd :-

➝ The heat developed in 30s

Formula requíred :-

\longrightarrow \boxed{\sf H = I²×R×T}

Solutíon :-

 \longrightarrow \tt h =  {(5)}^{2}  \times 20 \times 30

 \longrightarrow \tt h = 25 \times 20 \times 30

 \longrightarrow \tt h = 15000j

Thus, the heat developed in 30s is 15000joules.
