Sir,
I have recently purchased a Samsung LCD television model no. UA3163XP dated 15th March, Receipt Number - 63245, costing Rs. 18,999 from your shop. The product was purchased online and was received on 16th March. It worked well for two days but after that, the picture quality and the sound began to clutter. The other functions of the televisions like wi-fi mode, webcast, etc, stopped working. I immediately registered the complaint on your online portal but got no response from there.
I request to you to kindly look into the matter and get the product replaced at your earliest. We bought it with great pleasure and such poor service is really inconvenient and disappointing. I hope you'll do the needful action as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
